Reporting Relationship: The position will report to the Sr. Director of Client Services / Strategy &
Director of Client Services

Salary: This position is unpaid for school credit or paid with previous Client Services internship
experience

Role: We are looking for a highly self-motivated advertising/marketing student to fill a paid client
services internship. This is a tremendous opportunity and offers exposure to content development
and production across all media. The ideal candidate will be a senior or recent graduate who is
reliable, professional, personable and has a knack for getting stuff done.

You are a forward thinking, communications-driven, leader with a digital curiosity focused ambitiously
on obtaining an agency Client Services role. You enjoy participating in a fast-moving environment and
working across agencies to align client objectives by applying strategy, aligning tacts and crafting
effective messaging to drive client business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day account management responsibilities such as reporting, ad trafficking, asset collection, creative brief development, managing creative iterations, securing client feedback/approvals, etc.
  • Responsible for pulling standard and custom media campaign performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal team to determine optimization tactics to continually improve client business performance
  • Attends client calls and collaborates with the Client Services team on documenting meeting recaps
  • Create campaign timeline and tracking, identify opportunities to create streamlined processes
  • Attend strategy/RFP meetings (or calls), observing team members during this process, working with the Client Services team to develop future campaign strategy based on previous campaign results
  • Coordinate meetings with internal/external stakeholders, organizing/collecting + formatting data for presentations per Client Services direction, navigating and mastering internal tools
  • Collaborate with other interns on on assigned projects, to be presented in front of peers and executives at the end of the program

Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Passion for Client Success, Account Management, Digital Media and Tech
  • Attending university with a concentration in marketing, advertising or communication
  • Solid understanding of the different social networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong copywriting skills
  • Efficiency at Google and/or Microsoft Office functions (email, calendar, dropbox, word, sheets, excel)
    Experience with MailChimp, Emma, SendGrid or other email marketing platforms helpful but not required 15-35 hour a week availability
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and understanding how to use that
  • information
  • Overwhelming desire to join a diverse team of smart, driven, energetic, positive, fun, committed teammates
  • Bonus: Salesforce, or similar CRM or project management system experience
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters university/college
